  Had the BEST time with Nicki doing my colours today. Nicki was very welcoming and friendly and is incredibly knowledgeable. She spent time clearly and practically explaining why some colours brought my skin to life, while others didn't. I will definitely be making some changes to my wardrobe! In addition Nicki offered practical advice and expertise on make up. It was incredibly valuable as I have been using the same colours and type of makeup for years. I learned so much today and as someone in their sixties it's great to have had some professional guidance about the changes I want to make going forward. At the end of my appointment Nicki provided a written summary and a chart of 'my' colours which will be really helpful when looking at the clothes that are likely to work with my own skin tone and hair colour.   We had a fabulous time with Nicki. She showed us our best colours, demonstrated why they were good choices for each of us and how to mix colours and choose patterns. We then had fun trying out lipsticks and seeing what a difference the right colour made. Very informative and the colour swatches will be very handy for shopping. I would highly recommend Nicki.

  Fantastic way to celebrate my 30th!
  Nicki is warm and welcoming from the get go from emails to in person and communication was always friendly, clear and professional.
  Once there, it was lots of fun; having a look at all the colours and what a difference in the warm and cool tones! As my mum and I applied our makeup with guidance and support from Nicki, I was made up! Make up made us shine and I started to feel confident in identifying the colours that work well for me and why they work, using the colour palettes and knowledge bestowed by Nicki. Great experience and so happy we got palette wallets to take home and all the info from the day customised and condensed into an email. We had an absolutely wonderful time and looking forward to using this to tailor my wardrobe.

  I came to see Nicki based on the recommendation of a friend who has quite literally been transformed with the information and guidance given to her.
  I was nervous about what to expect but I needn’t have been. Nicki herself is a walking advertisement of how effective this is…she is simply stunning and has a wonderful energy about her. She made me feel totally at ease and led me through the process, explaining everything and giving examples.
  Her studio is easy to find with easy parking and inside it is breathtakingly beautiful.
  I left with a new lease of life; feeling educated, inspired and excited!

  Excellent communication from Nicki when I emailed organising this service as a surprise for my mum.
  She was friendly, welcoming and it was clear from all of the materials in the room that she had paid close attention to the information and pictures I had sent prior.
  She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and passionate about her work. She made the entire process feel relaxed and more of a choice rather than a definitive 'yes you can wear this' and 'no you can't wear this.'
  This helped my mum so much more when discussing options and outfits and made the process comfortable and accepting.
  I would definitely like to go to her in the future to discuss my own colour analysis further as I think it's such an incredible confidence boost. It can completely change how you see yourself and how others see you. Dark under eye bags are less dark, wrinkles are less obvious, eyes are more bright and colourful. True magic! ✨

  The experience itself was thorough beyond just clothing as we also looked at jewellery and glasses!   My sister, Florence, had been quite keen to get a colour analysis done. She does a lot of modelling and filming work so thought it would be good to find out her colours. We thought it might be something nice to do together (and if I one day get on the tv - I’d like to know what suits me best also!)
  We opted for the full works package (usually £135 but was £115 each as it was a joint consultation). This package included the colour analysis (what your best colours are) as well as trying out makeup. We got to take away a personalised wallet of 42 colour swatches and we also had access to a digital guide including Pinterest boards and inspiration (which was emailed to us after the consultation).
  Nicki was so beautifully welcoming - super smiley and friendly. She had glasses of ice water waiting for us when we arrived and offered hot drinks too (we both had cup of tea). The space in which she did the colour analysis was gorgeous also.
  She draped Florence (my sister) first and then myself … More in many shades of coloured materials to see which ones would suit us best.
  We then each were sat in front of a window, with a mirror, to try out all sorts of makeup. I tried foundation, an eyebrow pencil, blush/blonzer, eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner and lipsticks/lipgloss. We had also taken our own makeup along with us so it was interesting to compare what we would usually wear to what would suit us best. I was sold on the foundation and eyebrow pencil and purchased both.
  We had also taken a selection of our own clothing so we could talk through if they might be the best option for us colour wise.
  Nicki also spoke through hair colour (I had bleached my hair and luckily had the right tone/shade already, phew!) as well as jewellery/metal colour (I was pleased I am a sliver girl as all of my piercings are sliver) and she also touched upon the best sunglasses to opt for.
  There was lots of information packed into the consultation. Whenever I go to the shops I always make sure to take the wallet of colour swatches with me now. It will take a bit of practice colour matching myself but having a physical wallet of the colours is super helpful.
  Nicki was on hand even after the service to advise and help. I asked if I could send her photos of clothing and lipsticks to get a second opinion. She was incredibly patient as I did send her rather a lot to look through! But she was happy to help and didn’t make me feel like a burden (quite the opposite). She just seemed pleased that I was still thinking about the colour analysis.
  This is definitely a luxury to be able to get done but I had such a lovely experience and would recommend Nicki. Thank you so much:)

  What a truly incredible experience it was to have my colours re-done with Nicki. She is so warm, welcoming, and so knowledgeable, as well as explaining everything so clearly. Nicki explained outfits, jewellery, make-up, and so much more, and all done in the comfort of her home. Everybody should have this done, at least once, if not more!   My daughter and I had a lovely and informative morning with Nicki. The colour analysis was really revealing with some surprises and gave lots of food for thought making us really think about what we currently have in our wardrobe. I think this will make a long overdue clear out of my wardrobe much more focused and easier. This was followed by a make up session when we were able to try out colours that we had not used before, suggested by Nicki. This was really helpful and the suggestions were spot on made a real difference. There was an opportunity to buy the make up but absolutely no hard sell. This was a gift for my daughter so I decided to go with her - it’s a really enjoyable and useful experience with Nicki who was knowledgeable and proactive throughout and sent through what had been discussed and numerous other resources afterwards. I would recommend her unreservedly!

  I had a fantastic experience this morning with Nicki, who was the consultant for our Full works colour session. My daughter Bella joined me, and we both learned so much about which colours suit us best. Nikki is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly; she introduced me to colours I never would have considered before. Bella and I left feeling more confident in our choices. I bought sessions for my daughters as gifts! Although Jemimah couldn't make it today, I stepped in for her and I'm so glad I did. I'm looking forward to sending Jemimah back for her own appointment.   Nicki's award is well deserved. She was exceptional in every aspect and the experience was even more amazing than I expected (after 30 years of anticipation)! I shared the experience with my 16 year old daughter which made it extra special, especially as Nicki celebrated our similarities! My daughter was delighted that her favourite colours are all in her colour palette. I accepted graciously that my favourite colour, pink, is not in my colour palette! I suspected that was the case as I've got older. However now I am confident in the colours that are my friends and know how to include pinks in the most flattering way. It's not that I CAN NOT wear certain colours but now that I've seen how fabulous the right colours make me look and how draining … More the wrong colours are, why would I wear the wrong ones!
  My approach to clothes and accessories has been transformed! Shopping and styling is so easy now. Nicki has taken the effort out of the choices that used to paralyse me! I feel liberated. I carry my colour palette with me every where (because you never know when you're going to see something you might need!) so I know I'm only buying things that flatter me. Pruning my wardrobe has been easy and I feel that every piece I buy now is an investment in my forever wardrobe.

  What a wonderful insightful time spent with Nicki learning about colour analysis.
  I think you can get into a rut with your colour choices and don’t really notice the difference a good colour choice can make to how you look and feel. It can be difficult to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. The expertise and gentle encouragement Nicki gives, really helps you to make new colour choices.
  I am using my new navy blue mascara and pink shell lip gloss and looking more carefully at my clothes colour choices.

  FANTASTIC, LOVED IT!
  The review is very long overdue (apologies Nikki) as myself and my Mum went in late March, but if you are considering getting a colour analysis done, Nikki is your lady!
  No need to be nervous/ shy when starting this as Nikki will start you off with a drink of your choice, and will bring you into her gorgeous lounge and gets you comfortable in her space (may I note her entire house looks incredible but anywho).
  The Full Works package starts with knowing why colours suit/ don’t suit you, and Nikki goes on to talk about what makeup colours look great for your complexion and your eye colour, and even talks about jewellery, glasses and scarfs. She even lets you buy some of the products she recommends for you.
  Myself and my Mum have come away with our own personalised colour swatch wallet, which we can now take into shops whenever we are buying clothes, and lemme tell you, it has saved us both SO much money! As we now know exactly what suits us best.
  What I loved most … More about the session is that it surprised me with what colours do suit me after all - I was always told as I’m redheaded I must never wear red, now I have plenty of that in my wardrobe, and I have never felt more confident.
  A colour analysis is definitely worth the investment, and I would recommend Nikki to anyone considering it! 🙂

I booked a virtual consultation as a treat for my 16 year daughter who was looking for a prom dress (unsure of what colour) and thinking about new clothes for sixth form.   For context – I am 65 years old, fond of brightly coloured clothes and love make-up. I was recommended a CMB consultation (with Nicki) by a girlfriend, she had raved about it, was wearing colours she never worn before and looking really good.
  So I booked the Party Option with two friends. Booking was easy and Nicki was very flexible with dates.
  On the day we had a lovely warm welcome and through the morning Nicki took her time, was friendly, approachable and full of helpful suggestions for adapting our wardrobes.
  We started with Nicki placing coloured swatches around our shoulders. I went first and my friends could see (quicker than I could) which colours suited and which ‘drained’ me. Nicki identified my look as ‘soft and warm’, lovely words! Now I look out for other soft and warm ladies on telly and I’m sure most of them have been ‘CMB’d.
  In addition to the solid colours, Nicki draped various patterned scarves around us. I have many plain scarves but can now see how much difference … More a scarf in ‘my colours’ would make. We touched on jewellery too.
  During Covid I had toned down my make-up and can see now that I was playing it safe. Nicki made up our eyes and lips, for both day and evening. I’ve been encouraged to be bolder with eye pencil and lippy. Nicki has a wide range of make up to buy but there is no pressure to do so. I did buy a lippy and am pleased to say that it is a long wearing one.
  Before we left Nicki had a look at some of our own clothes, you can either take them or have photos of them. She made helpful suggestions, for example which colour jacket/cardi to wear with a dress.
  We all left with our personalised wallet of colours and Nicki followed up on the same day with a comprehensive Email (to each of us), showing our colours with suggestions and hints for where to look for ideas. She also emphasised that we could seek her advice.
  Apologies to Nicki if I’ve missed out something vital. I can really recommend a consultation with her, lots of fun and she doesn’t judge.
  If you’re wondering - I’m wearing my non ‘soft and warm’ clothes for gardening or relaxing in the evening.

  I honestly can’t recommend Nicki enough. I had had my colours done several years ago under another system but was never entirely convinced that my palette was correct. I went to see Nicki because my emerging grey hair (that I like and want to keep) wasn’t working with my previous colours.
  Nicki is incredibly warm and welcoming, and made me feel entirely at home. She took the time to help me to see how different colours worked with my colouring and which colours most complimented my skin tone and hair.   My mum, sister and I recently had the pleasure of undertaking a group "The Full Works" session with Nicki for roughly 2.5-3hours. Nicki is absolutely gorgeous inside and out (as is her home!) and immediately put us all at ease. It was an incredibly welcoming environment, including all the 'little' touches such as complimentary refreshments. Although I was fairly confident that I had Cool colouring even before the session, I still found the day incredibly helpful and so I would recommend it even for those who 'think they know' their palette - we certainly had some surprises within our group! The session flew by, and was a good pace and structured with different parts to it, including colour drapes and make up as examples. We also felt the session was very reasonably priced, as was the make-up and other items available to purchase. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any products either, but we did pick up a few items that we were able to try before … More we committing to purchasing and are clearly good quality. I would recommend this session to anyone as it is completely inclusive, being personalised to the individual. We had a particularly lovely girlie group day out but I would also feel at ease 1-2-1 with Nicki. I only wish that we did it sooner. This is an experience we had talked about for years, but we now all feel like we have the necessary knowledge to pick out items that compliment our natural colouring, and avoid colours and trends that don't.   My teen and I enjoyed a really special 'full works' and 'teen' session with Nicki. In contrast to the grey gloom outside, her beautiful sitting room/studio was a feast for the colour senses and Nicki made us feel very welcome and at ease from the moment she opened the door. My daughter particularly appreciated how well Nicki understands teenagers and how daunting wearing colour can be at this age.   I had the teen package with Nicki as I’d seen a few things on tik tock about colour analysis and I thought I’d try it. Also I wanted to know my best colour for a prom dress.I can’t believe how much of a difference the colours made to me. It was so interesting and I really like that the swatch wallet is digital for my phone. The pintrest boards are inspiring too. Thank you. Also I love my lip n cheek 2 in 1!

  Nicki, was warm, most welcoming and very personable. She knew the colours that suited my complxions and created a lovely atmosphere in her beautiful home to ensure that I had a really beneficial, educational and fun couple of hours. I went home to have a major declutter of clothes as the colours she selected made such a difference to my eyes and overall complexion. Well worth the time and money.   I had a Colour Analysis taster session with Nicki. It was so much fun and lovely to spend time away from the computer talking colours and what looks good. Nicki’s enthusiasm and talent for recognising what suits and what doesn’t is remarkable. It’s so true that some colours light you up and others make you look tired and ‘grey’. I came away with a book of personalised colours which I’ve found so useful – a ready-reference to steer and guide my buying from now on. I also had a lot of fun! Thanks Nicki!
