YOUR LOOK IS WARM AND BRIGHT

Your palette overall is rich and vibrant, the gorgeous colours need to contrast rather than blend. As your natural appearance has high contrast, extreme even, your best colour combinations are similarly contrasting.

With your secondary palette as Clear, clothes and makeup that have clarity and a liveliness to them will enhance your colouring.

Adding your tertiary palette of Light, means your overall look is elevated with colours towards the lighter end of the scale. These make wonderful additions to your wardrobe.

Personal style will also always influence how you wear your clothes and the colour combinations you prefer.

Colour Guidelines | Click on image/title for more info

Work it ...
  • Your overall look needs to be high in depth and contrast.
  • Combine neutrals with brighter or contrasting accent colours:
    • A light neutral with a bright colour, Taupe and Turquoise.
    • Or a dark neutral with a bright accent, Olive and Terracotta.
  • Combine just accent colours:
    • Primrose with Clear Salmon.
  • Opposite hues like:
    • Turquoise with Tangerine
    • Purple with Daffodil.
  • Try the hot, vibrant colours from your palette, one bright colour in your outfit lifts it, wear the brighter colours near your face.
  • Cream is a great version of white for you.
  • Black is not in your palette, if essential, wear sparingly in a sheer, light fabric.
  • Your black alternative is Chocolate | Bronze | Light Navy.
  • Great patterns for you are busy, creative or geometric. Natural floral elements need to be highly stylised, paisley or oriental. Elements should be bigger and not too dense.

Jewellery

Jewellery is best shiny and sparkly! A matt finish will clash with your natural colouring.

  • Gold – light in depth | Warm Peachy Rose Gold
  • Diamonds – yellow diamonds also work well
  • Warm hued gemstones in colours from your palette | Jade | Amber | Coral | Turquoise | Citrine | Tsavorite
Hair

Golden tones reign with strawberry blonde to caramel and copper. Always keep warm tones if you highlight, don’t be tempted to go darker.

Glasses

Always choose a frame that is a colour, (especially a mid-depth colour) or a metal from your palette. Tortoiseshell is a classic for both eye and sunglasses. Colourful frames work especially well for you.

Makeup

As a Warm & Clear your makeup is at its best when its warm, fresh and glowing. A natural-looking makeup needs to repeat the level of high contrast present in your natural appearance, which means colourful looks. Try and incorporate one brighter colour into all of your makeup looks. For your most natural look, you can either forego the eyeshadow or use one of your neutral colours, add some brown mascara to your lashes and a pop of colour on to your lips.

  • Use similar tones to those in your palette with a warm undertone, cool ones one will drain you.
  • Neutral eyeshadow colours are Gold Whisper, Melon and Peach. For highlight and accent eyeshadow colours, opt for the brighter colours on your palette, they will look natural on you. Pistachio, Peppermint, Purple.
  • Avoid completely matt finishes, opt instead for a slight shine. When you select eyeshadows, go for creamy consistencies and shimmery finishes. Metallic can look lovely. Alternatively apply a little highlighter on top of a matt shadow.
  • A Marine, Teal, Moss or Granite eyeliner really brings out the colours in your eyes.
  • Warm-Brown mascara is perfect, Black is too cool for you. Try Navy for a striking colour.
  • Bronzer is lovely on you, but just a little, and keep the tones peachy and golden, no darker.
  • Your blush will be a peachy coral colour, try Salmon or Almond.
  • Your best lipstick colours are warm, of medium intensity and not too dark. The peaches are usually more for nude lips, like Spiced Peach, while the brighter colours like Warm Pink make for a bold lip. Go for glossy, lustre, shiny or satin finishes.
  • For a more dramatic look stay glowing and colourful, perhaps a warm smokey eye or simply dip into the more intense lipstick colours on your palette such as Red Velvet or Sheer Copper.
