Deep & Warm
YOUR LOOK IS DEEP AND STRONG
Your colours are wonderfully deep, but lighter colours in the palette help create the high contrast naturally present in your appearance. Use colour combinations that pair light with dark to repeat this contrast.
With your secondary palette as Warm, clothes that have a warm undertone will enhance your colouring. Personal style will also always influence how you wear your clothes and the colour combinations you prefer.

Work it ...
- Depth contrast is especially flattering on you. This means pairing light with dark colours is the best way for you to create contrast. You can pair darker colours with lighter, brighter accent colours.
- Pair a light neutral in one colour with a different dark accent colour, such as Taupe with Burgundy.
- You can also combine a darker neutral with a brighter accent colour, such as Black-Brown and Fern.
- For depth or colour contrast combine just accent colours.
- Emerald Green with Aubergine (depth contrast)
- or True Blue with Pumpkin (colour contrast)
- An all-dark look is fabulous, but, add striking accessories in an accent colour.
- If you wear one colour, ensure its dark or vibrant.
- For balance, wear the strong dark colours near your face.
- Paler shades can wash you out, they will look better worn with dark or bright colours.
- If your lighter colours are near your face, balance the look with deeper/stronger coloured accessories.
- Mid to later life you may change to a SOFT as your hair turns lighter.
- Great patterns for Deep & Warm are bold, highly stylised forms of natural autumn elements, such as oval shapes, leaves, and wood structures. Geometric shapes are less common in Autumnal style patterns, with the exception of retro patterns. Elements should be big and loosely arranged.

Don't do it ...
- Two light colours together
- Light and frosty colours
- Colours with a cool undertone
- Muted colours
- A monochromatic or neutrals-only look
- Patterns | avoid stiff geometric, small and dense patterns. Natural floral patterns are not your best choice, if necessary, the flowers should be highly stylised, as in paisley and oriental patterns.

Jewellery can be matt or shiny, a great way of adding contrasting colour. Hammered metals with more depth also look good.
- Gold looks particularly stunning | Brass | Copper | Bronze | Pewter | Yellow Diamonds | Wooden or Coloured Beads
Always choose a frame that is a colour, or metal from your palette. You can mix two or more deep shades or contrast light and dark tones. You can go quite dark with the tortoiseshell. (Avoid pastels)
